Len has been providing individual tuition to students with great success. Len is currently charging $95.00 per hour for up to 5 consecutive hours then $495.00 for an 8 hour day and $795.00 for two consecutive days.
Len Metcalf has over 25 years of photography experience, a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art Photography, a Graduate Diploma in Art Education and a Masters Degree in Adult Education. He has recently been teaching ‘Landscape Fine Art Photography’ with Blue Mountains College, Western Sydney Institute, TAFE NSW. Len is well qualified and suitably experienced to meet your needs.
The tuition is generally run from Len’s private photographic studio with short excursions into the stunning Blue Mountains right next door to the studio. The studio is located in Leura, and is very close to many superb hotels, backpackers and small bread and breakfast accommodation venues. Leura is less than 1.5 hours drive from Sydney CBD and is also serviced by the rail. Tuition and/or guiding can be run at your own destination, please inquire for an individual quotation.
Learning topics can include: Film photography, digital photography, landscape, still life, portraiture, macro photography, large format, panoramic, medium format, SLR, rangefinders, photoshop, digital printing, printing, scanning, film development, exposures, focusing, composition, presentation, framing, digital point and shoot cameras, colour photography, black and white photography, camera phones, web design, photoblogs, etc….
