Len has been teaching and mentoring educators from all walks of the education system for the past twenty five years. His talents for were first formally recognized with his work in training his staff body to facilitate meaningful learning outcomes while running outdoor education programs. He went on to run a “Train the Trainer” course at Innerskill. Following this successful training program he was contracted to deliver the Bachelor of Teaching (Adult Vocational Education) for the University of Technology, Sydney in the Faculty of Education, School of Adult Education. Len has also taught the Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training & the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. (Clients include TAFENSW, Darwin National Library & Mission Employment to name a few)
Len is trained in training, assessment, education and adult education. His qualifications extend to a Masters Degree in Adult Education. He has designed training programs that range from 1 hour through to 8 years. Many of his programs are so well designed they continue to be used to this day unchanged since their first inceptions and are copied throughout the world.
During the mentoring sessions you will outline your own learning requirements, which Len will then facilitate you through your own development. Len can dig into his seemingly “bottomless bag” of tips, tricks, techniques, theories, stories and practical knowledge. each gem of information will allow you to perform as an educator a a mastery level. The techniques taught work with children, through teenagers to adults.
