I have been going through my archives and found this beautiful image of when I visited Kakadu in 2005. Unfortunately it was rather dry that year, particularly in the dry season. I have to laugh as people expect the place to look like one of Peter Jarver's images with the falls pouring over the lip, unfortunately this is in the middle of the wet season, and the only way you can get in is with a helicopter, not the usual dry season view. This is from the days when I would think nothing of carrying my large format kit into remote places, despite the heat and weight, staying there till as late as I could to get a shot. I have been adding a print gallery / online shop to the Len's School website to replace the galleries I used to have on here. I do hope you enjoy.
